• On the other hand interesting people from all generations can share their knowledge of their lifetime experience , by sharing their wisdom, with the next Generation.
• The NXgtt is a spot in time and space where the vision of the next generation meets the knowledge of the past generations, blending for a better future.
• The intention is that the vision is transformed into actions to encourage young and responsible leadership in all forms, going from personal development to influence global changes.
• In a world of overload of information, young people do not always easily come to transformation. The NXgtt helps young people find their place in society, discovering their OWN strenghts that leads to harmony instead of discomfort, that leads to an active world view, instead of a wrongly chosen place of weakness in society.
